New patient checks, blood pressure, urine, weight and lifestyle advice. We recommend that new patients attend for a check with our healthcare assistant when registering with the practice.

An influenza vaccination is particularly recommended for patients aged 65 and over and those with heart, lung or kidney disease, diabetes and residents of nursing homes and rest homes.

Contact the reception staff in September for details of the vaccination dates and to make an appointment. Please let us know if you are housebound and a home visit will be arranged.

We provide full diabetic care for most patients with Type 2 diabetes and some with Type 1 including management with insulin.
