Community Team
District Nurses
District nurses look after the needs of patients in their own homes. They are involved with duties such as continence assessment, wound assessment and management, chronic disease management and provide palliative care.

The midwives provide pre-conception, antenatal and immediate post delivery care.
Health Visitors
Health Visitors are trained nursers with a post registration qualification. They have a special interest in children under five and their parents.
